Find the opportunity.
Move the business
forward.

Global trade runs on relationships, timely information, and follow-through. Workbiz is building an AI-operated business to connect those pieces—from finding the right counterparties to progressing an agreed deal.

Built for buyers, suppliers, and the work between them.
Market and engagement eligibility are confirmed before activation.

Find. Talk.
Move things forward.

A useful connection is the start of the work. Workbiz is designed to carry the context through the conversation, the commercial terms, and the follow-through.

01

Find the commercial need

Start with something a business actually needs to buy, sell, or resolve. Research potential counterparties and distinguish a promising signal from confirmed interest.

02

Develop the conversation

Ask the missing questions, gather terms, and follow up with the right people. The intended service communicates within an agreed mandate—not just by producing reports.

03

Move the deal forward

Bring requirements, commercial terms, commitments, and next steps together. Track what both parties agreed and what still needs to happen.

A conversation with somewhere to go

Not another lead list.
A next step that matters.

Consider a buyer with a specific requirement and a supplier whose capacity might fit. The job is to establish whether there is a real opportunity—and make the right next move.

  • Know the requirement, not just the company name
  • Ask questions that can change the decision
  • Negotiate only within a valid mandate
  • Keep commitments separate from assumptions

A possible match is not yet a deal.

The buyer’s side
A defined requirement, a delivery window, and a commercial limit.
The supplier’s side
Potentially suitable capacity, subject to specification and availability confirmation.
Workbiz’s job
Establish fit, make the open questions explicit, and progress an authorized conversation.

Illustrative, authored workflow. Not a customer result or live AI output. Switching tabs submits no data and sends no messages.

One commercial loop. Both sides of the market.

For buyers

Find suitable supply.

Prepare a mandate around a real requirement. The intended service finds potential suppliers, develops the conversation, gathers comparable terms, and coordinates the next agreed step.

Discuss a buying need

Both sides do not need to join a marketplace. The represented client, fee payer, scope, and authority must be explicit. No undisclosed dual representation.

Commercial terms, not token counts

Price the engagement.
Make the value explicit.

Supplier prices, buyer limits, and Workbiz fees are different numbers. Each has its own owner, currency, conditions, and agreement.

01

Define the work

Agree the objective, included scope, countries, duration, costs, and what progress or completion must look like.

02

Agree the fee

Confirm the payer, currency, total or cap, applicable taxes, and payment schedule before work begins. Any performance fee needs a lawful, verifiable earning event.

03

Keep changes explicit

Updated market terms can change a future proposal. They do not silently change a fee or commitment that was already accepted.

Clear before we start

The important distinctions.

What is Workbiz?

An AI-operated business in development for global supply-chain opportunities and coordination. The aim is to find commercial needs, develop buyer–supplier conversations, progress agreed opportunities, and learn from completed work. It is not simply a quote-analysis tool, a directory, or a marketplace that both sides must join.

Can Workbiz communicate and negotiate for a business?

That is part of the intended service. Before it starts, a written engagement must identify whom Workbiz represents, the counterparties and channels it may use, what it may share, and the permitted negotiation limits. Routine steps should run within that mandate. New authority, binding commitments, and exceptions require the applicable approval; no mandate is granted by visiting this website.

How is pricing determined?

Fees are agreed for the engagement—not inferred from the number of AI messages. The written offer must identify the payer, currency, included work, any usage cap, and when a fee is earned. A performance fee is possible only where lawful and expressly agreed, with a verifiable trigger. There is no automated pricing or payment flow on this public website.

Does Workbiz set supplier prices?

No. A supplier owns its offer and a buyer owns its budget and acceptance. The intended system can compare current terms, request alternatives, and negotiate within delegated limits. Workbiz’s own fee is separate from goods prices, freight, taxes, and currency conversion. It does not silently alter an accepted price.

Is Workbiz already operating worldwide?

No. Global supply chains are the product direction, not a claim of authorization in every country. This is a pre-commercial website. Live scope, country and channel eligibility, business registration, customer agreements, provider approval, and operating readiness must be cleared for each launch market.

Can I pay or submit confidential business information here?

Not yet. This site accepts enquiries by email, but has no checkout, account portal, or file-upload service. Begin with a non-confidential business description. Do not send identity documents, card details, trade secrets, or private counterparties’ information before the necessary arrangements are agreed.

Does an AI assistant make binding commitments?

Automation does not itself confer signing or purchasing authority. The intended service can progress routine work within a recorded mandate. It must pause before an action outside that mandate. AI can make mistakes, and claims about a counterparty, payment, or delivery require appropriate evidence.

Why is the website at buyertide.com?

buyertide.com is the website domain; Workbiz is the service name. The legal operator is identified on the contact page. The domain does not identify a separate seller, payment platform, or trading entity.

What needs to move forward?

A buying need, available capacity, a potential customer, or a stalled commercial conversation. Start with a non-confidential description.
